"Safe and clean "

"The bathroom had hairs on the floor, this grossed me out I did ensure that the other places were clean. I should not have to clean my room. I would stay here again. Staff were very kind and attentive. "

"We needed a nice rest after a busy schedule and this place was great. My only suggestion would be to put ALL common condiments in a smartly designed container and have them on very single dining table. Running around for salt, pepper, equal, ketchup, napkins, creamer, hot sauce, etc. was annoying. Plus, need to have a hot tub for 10 or 12. America is aging and design needs to change with it."

"We stayed here for 5 days while visiting family in the area over Christmas. What we liked: location (walk to shopping, close to drug store, grocery store, restaurants, and downtown Indy), hotel amenities (gym, pool, clean and modern facility), free breakfast, pet friendly (grassy areas/pet waste stations), rooms (spacious with lots of cabinets/storages, nice kitchenette, living area, comfy beds, updated bathroom with nice toiletries and overall quiet despite near busy road). Things to consider:...

"This is a very nice hotel. Large sitting area by the front desk, easy free parking, easy location to find, excellent front desk staff, it has a small snack store. "

"Best stay to unwind without holiday madness. Check in desk staff were welcoming and professional. The room was spotless and spacious! The only disappointment is that the kitchen was closed. I wish we had known that there would be no breakfast on Christmas Day. At check in I was told the hours for breakfast and when I walked down, there was nothing. My Christmas Day still went well but I had a moment of sadness! "
