"Beautiful place, cozy cabins, really enjoyed our trip. Maybe some new mattresses, it was a little uncomfortable. Ate at restaurant, supposed to be St. Patrick's Day party. Staff was completely overwhelmed. Well over an hour to get wings and a pizza. Garlic parm wings were really good! Pizza just ok. Party was not happening, so some customers who appeared to be regulars got karaoke started. Overall, we had a great time! Definitely interested in coming back forva friends trip. Probably will...

"Stayed in the Riley Suite. First time in a boutique hotel and I was floored with the atmosphere of this place. Huge bonus was the on-site restaurant/bar “Galley” which was absolute class. "

"Great for a stay for 2, right in the middle of everything and Starbucks at your feet. Check and and loading is a bit of a pain but other than that if location and ski-in ski-out is what your are looking for it’s wonderful! "

"My husband and son enjoyed the location and found the room very comfortable. There was a variety of food choices within walking distance. The ski experience was great b/c there were lockers on site and the lift really was close by. The only issue they experienced was with Streaming TV. It would not stay on (it kept turning off) and it would not enable streaming. They researched ways to fix the issues but were unsuccessful. They shared this experience with the property manager. "

"Nice place overall. Carpet could be replaced, kitchen sink drains slow, small microwave over sink not operating."

"Great location in Snowshoe Village; secure, clean parking garage. Condos individually decorated; ours was Pier1off the shelf. Bathroom and kitchen clean; kitchen adequately supplied. "

"The property was clean and inviting. It had all the amenities of a high priced hotel. All the necessary items were there plus a few that we did not expect. Well worth the cost and a nice few of the wildlife in the evenings."

"It was halfway clean. The last night there it cooled off so we were able to sleep UNTIL 3am when the smoke detector battery started beeping. The first two nights were miserable to sleep. Living room and kitchen were halfway cool but the thing they called an air conditioner was worthless in the bedroom. Couldn’t open windows because of all the partying and the big spotlight that was kept on all night. We had two portable fans only one worked. Won’t be returning to this property EVER. "

"Condo and the property was very outdated. Beds were uncomfortable. There is a great coffee shop and restaurant/bar at the property so that was nice, but it closed early. The location was ideal for skiing - so for that reason only I would stay here again. "

"Great place we stayed with our little fur babies. We had a last minute trip up to visit an ill relative. It was perfect for our short trip. Well stocked, and gas fire place kept us nice and toasty. "

"Beautiful home in nice location. It's close to New River Gorge and Babcock and Hawk's Nest State Parks. My husky loved playing in the snow. I wish we could've stayed longer. "
