“The hotel is great for everymatter only minus is the entry and reception area which is quite small and not conveniently planned for such a big 5 star hotel.It was rather like 3 star hotel enterance.Besides there was no concierge ready to handle our suitcases on arrival and leave to help us therefore we had to carry them up and down by ourselves and to the taxi during the check-in and check-out.This was rather like hostel wise rather then a 5 start famous brand hotel.”

“Schneller Checkin, Parkplatz in Tiefgarage, die allerdings extra kostet. Frühstück konnte nicht storniert werden bzw. mit Parkplatz verrechnet werden. Lunchpaket war auch nicht möglich. Mussten 3 Uhr schon am Flughafen sein. Also etwas unflexibel.”

“I stayed in hotel Kruja Tirana for 4 nights and then I returned for one extra night as I really liked it. From start to finish nothing was too much to ask, Customer service is the highlight here as well as location. One of the managers himself assisted me immediately with an issue I had with the bed , they provided me with a really comfy and new mattress topper which made all the difference, they helped me with my luggage and provided me with useful info about the area. “Nice, inexpensive, small hotel. The staff is friendly and most speak English. The owner's nephew was very friendly and you can book a ride back to the airport with him. Restaurants, coffee, bakeries, and some shops within walking distance or the bus stops are nearby. Breakfast is good. A great place to start exploring Tirana. Albania was wonderful!”

“It’s a great property. I loved it so so much. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was so neat and clean and lovely. It had all I needed. The location is perfect it has best restaurants downstairs and is 3 mins walk to skanderbe square. Their breakfast was so yummy. I am so happy with the stay at their hotel. They also allowed me luggage storage so I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend this place. ”
