"Great stay. We had a family room. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The kids loved the bunk beds and use of the pool. Breakfast was excellent. We'd stay again "

"The staff attention was outstanding. The hotel is outdated. It needs a refurbishment. The bedroom carpets are mouldy as are the other carpets. The cleaners do a good a very good job, however this does not compensate for the circumstances of the outdated rooms. The public areas are generally well kept. "

"Good hotel and staff. Nice rooms Fridge in room bit noisy when trying to sleep. Main quibble.Assumed hotel parking was free but found out that's only if you book direct. Had to pay an additional £12 per day to park! Even then, spaces not guaranteed."

"Pros- It was good value for money, good location, with everything I needed for my stay including a hot breakfast each day. Cons- breakfast was 9am -10am would be nice for earlier option. When I arrived the towels and coffee facilities were still wet- clean but wet, 1 cup still had soap suds in it."
