“I was given a confirmation for the booking. Then 5-6 hours later received a notice they were overbooked and cancelled my reservation. as of this writing I have yet to receive a refund.”

“Stay was great! Staff was quick and friendly at check-in. Although we were very late in the evening, concierge made sure we got the red carpet roll out. This is a nice change from traditional hotels. Note- no pets allowed. Late check-in fee $40. Deposit $75. They allowed a late checkout since we were in at midnight.
