"Good property and excellent location just off M1. One thing they need though…….prominent signage. Took 15 mins trying to find it and we were no more than 100 yards from the hotel!"

"Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were great, enjoyed the meal in the evening and the breakfast, checking in was great and straightforward, just the bathroom was the only negative, the base of the door looked chipped, the tap was annoying to use as it didn’t seem like it was fully secure, the sink also didn’t retain water when the plug was in, maybe this was just the room I stayed in but this wasn’t good, like I said staff very friendly and welcoming and restaurant staff also very helpful,...

"Disappointing at check in then breakfast. Room great clean and comfortable. Great location. Second time breakfast has raised difficulties ie shortage of items customers having to wait. Check in was unfortunate with number of mistakes being made. Hope issues are solved for my next visit planned just after festjve period"
