"The reason to stay here is that the location is fantastic. The town of Kinsale is a beautiful place for a seaside vacation. The accommodation itself was a little run down and dirty but for the continence of being so close to the centre of town it was worth it. Not an accessible stay, lots of stairs for anyone who has mobility issues."

Was great walkability to the whole town including pubs for dinner, fresh produce stores and pharmacy, not to mention a couple of different off licenses. Would recommend The Blue Haven for dinner - the seafood chowder was the best I've ever had. The bed was pretty firm though so we both woke up sore. Since it is a student accommodation I was prepared to a less confort, but our family stay was great. The place super clean and the person working at the registration desk was wonderful. "Kevin and Craiy are fantastic hosts. Warm and friendly, and helpful. Like all their staff. Breakfast was partly self-service and partly table service. All excellent. Great choice too. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Daily service too. Walking distance to everything, with onsight parking. Views from the hotel across the harbour are magnificent. Kevin was helpful and pointed out places to visit nearby or just relax."
