"Property Condition & Facilities: The hotel is well-maintained, though the elevators are a bit dated. We had a minor issue with the shower knob falling off that activates the shower, but overall, the property is in good shape. Location: Conveniently located with several restaurants nearby, such as Ruby Tuesday and Cracker Barrel. The area does have a noticeable presence of homeless individuals, which, while not the hotel's fault, may affect some guests' comfort. Sleep: Sleep quality was...

"The room was clean and everything worked fine, but it was nothing special. When I arrived I had to wait 20 minutes for the clerk to come back to the front desk. The lobby was small and sparsely decorated. There were limited places to eat and when I went to Ziggy's it was already closed. I went there for breakfast in the morning and it was delicious. I will probably not return to this hotel. I have also stayed at the Lamplighter North and I do prefer it over the South location."

"This hotel was a very good value for money. They provided a lot of fresh fruit for breakfast, grapes, strawberries and a blueberry compote, alongside the standards of hot and cold cereals, hardboiled and scrambled eggs etc. They offered a fun quiche and make your own waffles. Do try the chocolate scone! The room was clean and comfortable. Sure the couch was a but worn, but people are so picky. We would return here, if in the area again."

"I really loved this hotel. Ask for an atrium room for a really cool experience and views! Staff is super nice and breakfast was amazing. Also on a road that has tons and tons of restaurants. "
