“This property was only two stories high which made it easy to get around. The staff were very friendly. My only critique is that I felt the bed was too hard. Apart from that the room had a large refrigerator, breakfast was great and we had access to some food and drinks all the time, which was very convenient. The bathroom, although small, had a great shower.”

“The suite was spacious and very comfortable. No microwave in the suite and no pool. Only cold options for breakfast, except the bagels. Customer service was wonderful. The mini fridge was too small, no freezer compartment but staff were extremely accommodating for us. Of course I would stay again. Comfy suite. Thanks Sparks ”

“Overall, it was a nice stay for my family. We did just a one night stay as we were passing through Rochester. The hotel was pretty clean and modern. The breakfast was better than most free hotel breakfast. If I needed to stay in the area again, I wouldn't mind booking again.”

“I arrived at this hotel at around 10:30PM on August 18 to check in to my reservation for my one night stay with my husband. The receptionist told me that there were no available rooms.
