For example, when my friend and I need to leave Hanoi in the morning, the staff even prepared a takeaway breakfast for my friend and me. The caring attitude of the staff makes this hotel a very nice place for accommodation."

"Comfortable hotel that is located not too far from the tourist attractions in Old Quarters but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The rooms I had were well insulated from the street noise. Unfortunately the last evening was marred by very early morning renovation works (knocking and drilling from building next door). Nothing that the hotel could do. Staff were very friendly and helpful plus conversant in English. Breakfast we very good with both buffet and ala carte choices. "
