There wasnt a massage chair included as was in the original pictures but as i didnt need for it it wasnt a loss. I would only suggest for the mattress to be changed to a more comfortable one as the one provided was very stiff. Otherwise, the pool/bathtub was a great way to wind down at the end of the day! "

Before we arrived, he called me on the phone to try and get my estimated time of arrival so he could pick us up from the train station. "This hotel is an older building with elderly staff. It is extremely quiet and in a beautiful area. All the staff is very polite and welcoming. It may not be the newest modern hotel, but the rooms are big and it is way to support this aging local area."

"Convenient to tokaname station. Decent sized rooms. Only real cons were that if you have a longer stay, there is no garbage collection and noisy guests in the other rooms. Comfortable and clean place to stay"
