"The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who tended to us last night. He was very patient and especially helpful to our multiple queries and tried his best to help. We were very grateful for his sincerity in wanting to help. Recommended us to a wonderful place for dinner too which we enjoyed tremendously. The view from our room is fantastic! Thank you for everything! "

"受付の方がとても親切・丁寧で良いところも悪いところも正直に説明してくれたのがとても誠意を感じた。 シャワー、トイレは共用なのがちょっと不便だが、シャワーは近所にスーパー銭湯があるので問題なし。トイレは男女の区別が分かりにくかったので要注意。 １階の食堂、とても美味しいしボリューム満点で安い！おススメです。パンもそこで焼いていて美味しそうだった。"

"Good value for money. The name is very deceptive, as the hotel is on a canal that leads to an industrial harbor. The room is very large with a 5 star bathroom. The air conditioning and lighting were good but very hard to figure out, as there were no English instructions."

"Only two stations (15 minutes by train) from Kansai airport, so including the walk to the station you can be there in less than 30 minutes - that's the main attraction of the place - but the area itself is quite dead, aside from the cute covered shopping area between the guesthouse and the station. Great WiFi everywhere. Beautifully renovated old house with very warm and welcoming interior design, superb service from the owners, who came to pick us up from the train station (about 10-15 minutes...

"I would not recommend this place, since there is no personnel at the hotel to manage the guests. We were there for one night and we got woke up a few times buy people yelling in the accomodation We were in room 101 which is next to the living room/kitchen and the entry, probably the worst room. I had to get up and tell some guest to stop yelling at each other. We were woken up by people at midnight, 2am , 4 am and 7am. People were rude and were not respecting any rules from the managers.... "
