"You need to go to Irving's (next door) for checking in and out. Other than that all good. Close by to public transportation and walking distance to downtown and shops."

"Never saw staff at the front desk, had to wait for them to appear to check in. Went and asked for some paper towel for my grandson to do a craft project and was told there wasn't any on the property. Asked for newspaper or old cardboard also told none was available."

"Kind of industrial, but we stay here every time we come through, travelling with the dog. Great place to overnight"

"The bed was very comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. The room was nicely renovated with a lovely bathroom. My first visit was perfect, this time the tv didn't work, there was urine in the toilet when I first arrived, and the hashbrowns at breakfast were dry. The breakfast is great though with the option of fresh pancakes, hot sausages, eggs, beans and the dry hashbrowns. Juice and cereal options, yogurt and fruits. I might be leaving some things out, but you get the idea. "
