「On arrival allocated 506 room one of the turret rooms with steps I tripped up on step the light was dim and could no see the steps went to reception and and this was rectified room 507 which was better standard and very happy staff were great enjoyed I stay at royal hotel only twice a year and they look after me very well and I will cotinue to keep going and recommend to my friends」

「This is a family run hotel. Although in the city centre and conveniently located, it was quiet and clean. The amazing thing was they knew Inverness so well that they could answer any questions about the place. Saved me a lot of time. Thank you Mr Ian. 」

「We felt the front area of the hotel was a little tired and we were not sure what the bedrooms would be like. When we got to the bedroom is was very clean and comfortable, there is a new bathroom fitted and the bed and linen was very good quality. There was a good choice of tea and coffee on the tray. 「Had a lovely 2 night stay in the Cairngorm Suite with my husband and 2 kids (5years & 4 months old). Firstly the location was perfect and in walking distance to countless pubs, restaurants, shops etc. The room itself was beautiful and the bedroom especially was incredibly spacious. The beds were really comfortable and the bedding/duvets etc all felt really good quality. Bathroom was spotless, the shower wasnt very powerful but thats being pernickety.
