"After I got off the train station, google maps pointed a sketchy alley where I had to walk with my luggage. However later on my husband found a much better area to walk on which was beside the main street and that I felt more comfortable walking. The hotel was on a small side, reception area was small as well. I think it was supposed to be a residence condo building that they turned into a hotel. "This is the best Hostel to book on any budget. Since it is also a cafe the interior is upper nice and modern looking. As in the name, the interior is all made of wood and has that amazing wood smell that makes you feel so welcomed and at peace. "Near a train station and food options nearby. Just don't expect someone to be at the reception all day. The same person working the front will be cleaning the rooms during the day and is left unmanned. "

"The traditional room was remarkable. I love the floor sleeping. The place has a nice public onsen. If you are into manga the owner has a huge collection to check out. Also there is a massage chair in the lobby that I recommend for after your bath. This place is tucked back off of the main road so it is quiet. I highly recommend this for a night or multi night stay if available. "
