"大力推薦服務人員的服務，雖然櫃台不會英語，但是，還是拿出翻譯機來說明，住宿當天有雪燈祭，因為沒有事先預定停車服務，請問了服務人員後，她居然願意帶我們過去(走路30分鐘），本以為是送我們過去而已，想不到還主動詢問何時要來接，真是感動 另外，住宿房間外就能看到潺潺流水，也太棒了"

"This is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms are a little dated by current standards but the view and the staff make up for that. The dining experience was great and the hostess was so helpful and genuine. The food was excellent. We when on the morning cruise with departed from the lakefront of the hotel. The hotel provides a breakfast bento to eat while you cruise. So happy we stayed here. "

"This is a hidden gem in my opinion. Location was super convenient, right next to the river and Amanohashidate sandbar. Very cleans and well maintained room, even has a massage chair in the room. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for something more authentic and don’t mind that the place doesn’t have a lift and concierge/front desk."

"I have visited Japan several times a year for the last 20 years, working for a Japanese company, and have been to 7 other Onsens previously, ranging from basic to elegant, so do have a good frame of reference. I admittedly have high expectations, as I felt justified for $800/night, and was somewhat surprised when I arrived. Rather than the beautiful, tranquil, and zen atmosphere I was hoping for, the atmosphere was just dated and seedy. There was no area to relax, other than our room (where...
