“Habe mich spontan entschieden ein paar Tage von der Insel aus zu arbeiten und daher eine Unterkunft gesucht die meine Anforderungen und besonders eine Küche zur Selbstversorgung bietet. Grundsätzlich ist mir Ruhe wichtig und diese ist zumindest von außerhalb gegeben. Innerhalb des Gebäudes sieht es allerdings anders aus. Super super dünne Wände. Es war absolute lowseason und kurz vor Winterpause. Dementsprechend war es nicht sehr voll im Hotel. Ausstattung der Wohnung ist für den Preis……

“The owner checked us in and was friendly to let us leave our backpacks on the day we checked out. The owner's mom who lives in the ground floor of the building was also friendly and spoke some English. The shared bathrooms were clean and not too small. There was 1 bathroom on each floor shared by 3-4 rooms which was not a problem for us. Wifi didn't work for me but my partner, which was ok for me as I had data. The building is 3 mins walk from town center, in a lovely block. Easy to get around……

“We hebben het fantastisch gehad! Het appartement was zeer schoon. Het rook lekker. Het beddengoed en de handdoeken roken heerlijk naar wasmiddel. Alles deed het. De inrichting is zeer smaakvol en mooi. Bij de ingang liggen plattegronden van de stad. De douch was perfect. De zeepjes, bodymilk en shampoo heerlijk! Er lag een extra set schone handdoeken. Ook een strijkijzer en -plank aanwezig. En een fohn! De keuken was zeer volledig: afwasmachine, wasmachine, machineblokjes, servies, glazen en……

“Fantastisk beliggenhed med den flotteste udsigt. Ro og fred. Charmerende by med de nødvendige butikker og gode restauranter. Simple værelser og standard morgenmad. Skønt personale, der gav en super service hele vejen rundt. Anbefaler ikke til gangbesværede eller familier med småbørn. ”

“L’hôtel est bien situé, avec un supermarché juste en bas, et la plage et l’aéroport sont à proximité. C’est idéal pour visiter la baie de Palma. Le studio était agréable et la piscine très appréciable. Nous avons toutefois rencontré une fuite d’eau dans notre logement. Bien que l’intervention ait été rapide, nous aurions préféré une solution plus complète, même si on nous a assuré que ce n’était pas dangereux. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un bon séjour.”

“Hidden down a lane from the main street but great location. 2 minute walk to the bus to take you to Plaza Espanya for the main train and bus station, so easy to go explore Sollier etc. Excellent staff. Fabulous rooftop terrace with great views of the cathedral. In the heart of the old town, so who could want for more????”

“The property is good, but the staff is bad. I went during February half term holiday with the kids as prices are more affordable. Unfortunately most of the Restaurants around were closed being off season. The distance from the sea is 1 min by walk so it is perfect. The studio was nice, but would have preferred a proper double bed instead of the sofa bed as it was a bit uncomfortable. The lady at the Reception was terrible. Here on the app it says that check in time is from 2pm, we arrived at the……

“Insgesamt für den Preis ist das Hostel super, ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, es war sauber, jeden Tag wurde es gereinigt, das Bett war bequem, keine Klimaanlage, das ist zwar doof, wenn es richtig heiß ist, aber im September geht es super ohne und ich kann die eigentlich sowieso nicht ab. Fön, Handtücher alles war vorhanden, sogar ein großer Kühlschrank das war Mega, die Dachterrasse des Hostels bietet einen super Ausblick, hier könnte man mehr daraus machen, aber ich saß da tatsächlich……
