"This is a simple hotel without a lot of amenities, but it’s clean, convenient, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I was very happy with my stay. I was a little early for check-in time and they just put me into a room that was ready. "

"I really enjoyed my stay! While the room is compact, its feasible and there is enough space. The hotel and room were modern and comfortable. There was always hot water even on an upper floor. The walls were well insulated. I never heard neighbors. The location is excellent! You are within a few minutes walk of shopping, the market square and you can even walk to the main train station in around 10 minutes. A bus is also available. "Excellent location and great value. Nice reception staff Sylvia and a chap whose name i didn't get. Breakfast Buffet style only 9 Euros. Pleasant lounge downstairs. Rooms comfortable. Good TV and channel choices. Leuven is Beautiful . Thanks for a pleasant stay. "

"When we arrived at the hotel at nigh we could't get into the hotel. We had to stay outside in the cold for almost 1 hour and half because nobody were present to attend us. We had to call and if you don't have a phone to call your will stay out!"

"Room was beautiful and updated. Great bed, bathroom, desk. Noisy from neighbors upstairs and road in front of hotel. The hotel has upstairs rooms at the rear facing away from the road. Should be quieter."

"Upon arrival the property did not have heat or hot water nor bedding for the second bed and they will not return my emails to try and correct the issue. I left immediately without staying and they will not refund me."
