"So nice. They provided sleepwear, towels, and other amenities. You have to scan to enter past the lobby and on the bedroom floor. Large lockers and very clear explanations of the facilities and procedures. Shower area was very clean. After your shower youre supposed to wipe the stall down with one of the towels/bathmat they provide. Room was very bright with adjustable lights. Good height in the capsule. "

"Excellent capsule hotel right in the middle of Shibuya! My pod felt great to sleep in, and the communal bathroom and shower facilities felt pristinely clean despite frequent use. I also appreciated the online group chat that helped me connect with other guests during my stay. I do wish there was a way to lock up my large luggage for security and peace of mind, but otherwise I would absolutely come back here next time I'm going solo in Tokyo."

"Couldn’t ask for a better hostel experience here! I struggled to initially find the hostel but when you get to the mall area it’s in, look out for signs labelled ‘CABIN Tokyo Bay’. Reception and I mostly chatted through Google’s Translate app and pyjamas/towels are provided fresh each day. Shower/changing rooms were great, capsule mattresses are flat but to be expected (just a head’s up for side sleepers), but with a lot of room for sitting up if needed. "The hostel boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to public transportation, restaurants, and shops. I reserved a private room with four bunk beds at a very affordable price.
