"Hello. I was able to extend my stay by two weeks but I had to contact the management company directly. The people were nice and the process was relatively painless. To do this through Expedia would’ve been more troublesome, I think. The part about GGH that I did not like was when the cleaning staff would come in a clean things up. "1. Murasaki house does not exist anymore. The owner was changed buy i was still charged for it. 2. The was no staff present 3. We actually went inside that property ( the door was open) and it looked completly unsanitary. 4. We found out it was a scam and after 4 days of extesibely explaining expedia of what happened we finally got our money back. 5. Be careful where you book"
