“Bad experience ”

“The reception was so awful and charged me extra payment though it is clearly stated that I have already paid my taxes . The receptionist even refused to inform me about the breakfast meal which is included in the room booking”

“It was okay. At first our room didn’t got cleaned but apparently we had to leave our room key at the reception. Would’ve been nice to know. The only thing they really ‘cleaned’ were the towels and the bed sheets. We didn’t receive new toiletpaper or did they clean the bathroom properly. But besides that, the room was fine, the area was okay. ”
