"Clean and efficient room. Mine did not have a window, I didn't mind that. Very friendly and helpful staff. Proximity to Bugis MRT station is very convenient. Bus stops are even closer. Plenty of shopping and dining options in Bugis Junction, Suntec City, Marina Square, to name a few. Only a few minutes bus ride to Chinatown, Maxwell Food Center."

"I arrived late and wrote the facility while I kept ringing the doorbell for 5-10 minutes. No one responded. I waited outside for about another 5 minutes until another guest allowed me to walk in with her. I had luggage and was obviously not a likely burglar. No one was at reception. A few minutes later Edel walked in and registered me. The facility was OK, but there is no lock on the shared bedroom door and it is right across from reception. "The accommodation was good. Shared bathrooms were clean and so was the room. The only downside was neighbouring rooms playing videos loudly late into the night and with my room not being fully walled (i.e. walls were not ceiling height) so it made it difficult to sleep some nights. They need to enforce the quiet time rules more."

"Thanks for asking what I didn't like. The bed was the most uncomfortable that I have experienced in my travels The mattress was 3-4 inches thick, hard, so worn out that it had a valley right down the middle that was impossible to roll out of. Once you were in "The Valley" you were stuck there. I woke up everyday with extreme back, neck and shoulder pain. Now what did i like? The staff were helpful. The water in the showers was hot. "Perfect with cleanliness, location, service. The only thing is the lack of elevator. Its fine if you dont have much luggage or if you are young and dont mind taking stairs for exercise."
