"Large, clean and airy room. The bed was huge and comfortable. The walls were a little thin so you could could hear some noise from the rooms next door. Breakfast was a self serve style, which could be taken back to your room or eaten outside alongside the pool. Breakfast had limited options, no cooked food, but what there was was tasty and well presented. "

"The Breakwater is a wonderful place to stay in. First of all, the customer service is hands-down above and beyond most of the places I’ve ever stayed in. The location is spectacular, you just look out the window and see the water. The room was clean, neat, and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The sheets and bedspread were also very nice and easy on the eyes. White linens with a solid blue bedspread that is tucked under beautifully. There was a refrigerator in the room and TV. The shower water...

"Room was very cold, had to call for assistance to get heat working in the room for winter stay. Remote very complicated. Took a long time for room to finally heat up."

"Thank you for a great Holly Folly weekend! I had a room with a private bath and it was a lovely weekend. Staff were great, facilities are central and walkable. Premises are clean and well maintained. It was a great experience."

"Winter or summer, this is our favorite spot to vacation- we love the peaceful, serene atmosphere of the town and Chatham Tides. Main St. has a cute, unique, little stores if shopping is what you enjoy. Property is well kept, ocean view room provides precisely the view that we love to wake up to. Staff is always helpful and accommodating, without being overbearing. Can't wait to return! "
