"A reasonably priced hotel that serves the basics for the night. Staff were friendly and helpful and check in went smoothly. Spacious room and felt clean despite the old feeling of the building. Located in the red light district, so possibly somewhere to stay clear of if staying with minors. "

We were nervous after reading some reviews complaining about how the host was unhelpful or the property was lacking but our accommodation had everything we needed and was nice and warm. "Worst hotel experience I’ve ever dealt with. Unable to get to the hotel because the only road to the hotel was closed. Hotel customer service was out-sourced and I had to talk to someone out of Japan that did not know anything about the hotel or roads in the area. After about 2 hours of back-and-forth via emails, they finally provided a number to the actual hotel, but the language barrier was a challenge. They agreed to cancel the reservation and agreed to provide a full refund, however,...
