"Stayed here the last day of my 11 day trip, and it was one of my favorite stays so far. The place operates as a public bath first and foremost, but they have overnight cabins that resemble capsule hotels that guests can stay in (which is what I stayed in). The vibes were incredible, and so were the baths. I took one before I went to bed and got up early before I headed to the airport just to take one again. They also have great restaurants within the building as well. Staff was very friendly...

"Great location to have direct access to get around Tokyo. The hotel is right next to the entrance to the Kuramae station, making it easy to hop onto the subway. And with multiple conbini, drug store, grocery store, and fast food in the area, you can find most things you need for your travels or food. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, although one person (manager?) was a little gruff and not very welcoming.
