"Good hotel located on the Hachijo side of Kyoto Station. It’s literally across the street from the station making it very convenient. There are plenty of dining and shopping options within easy walking distance. The Aeon Mall is located right around the corner. The room was spacious by Japanese standards and had good amenities. The price was very reasonable, too."

"The hotel is amazing staff is amazing except the one who help us during check out I she wasn’t happy that she was by her self and we need help sending our luggage to our next accommodation she wasn’t smiling and noticeably irritated about the situation but besides that’s the other stuffs we’re amazing "

"Amazing location steps from the Kyoto train station. In the station is a food court with excellent dining options, and it is a short Uber or 20 minute walk up to the Nishiki market region for shopping (both upscale and more traditional). The amenities were excellent and the breakfast was very good. Staff service was amazing. We would not hesitate to stay here on every trip to Kyoto!"

"Location is best, located in front of Kyoto station. Bedding and cushions are very comfortable. One missing is that they don’t have public bath but the hotel is very well organized and gorgeous. I will come back here when I visit Kyoto!"
