"Would stay in the same hotel in Tokyo!"

"We booked one night here for our last night in Tokyo for an easy exit via Haneda Airport. This hotel was by far the nicest of our entire trip. Everything was perfect. There is a coat check to watch your bags before/after checkout, nice dining options in both the hotel and airport mall, and a spa. The room was very well appointed with a view of the water and Mt. Fuji in the distance when it was clear. We tried the dinner and breakfast buffets at Grand Aile and that was also fun. I recommmend this...

"This is a great hotel if you are doing Tokyo Disney. It provides wonderful shuttle service. The hotel itself is not close to the main part of the city but they did a great job of helping us tourists get around, with non-stop free shuttles to Disney and the local subway station/shopping area. Every request we asked of them they assisted; more water, done, more blankets, done, daily cleaning done. And always with a smile. It is a lovely, kid friendly hotel, with reasonable prices. "Hotel was conveniently located in terminal. Check in was a challenge as we were directed to self check in terminals which were not user friendly in the slightest. So much easier to queue and have a person help check you in. We didn’t have plugs to charge our devices but the hotel were helpful in supplying these. Hotel rooms were functional but in need of a facelift. Would recommend because of the convenience of the hotels location. "
