"1 Night ¥1980 Hotel is everything you could ask for and more out of a hotel with the lower nightly rate you pay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating (coming from someone who doesn’t speak nearly any Japanese). The dorm areas had cleaning staff going through everyday ensuring garbages were emptied, bathrooms, floors, etc.., were clean. Only a 5 minutes walk to Iriya station so very easy to get around Tokyo. I had no troubles with noise from other guests, everyone was very respectful...

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! I needed a bit of help with the check-in process and the staff member there was so helpful and nice. The capsules are so comfortable, clean, and SUPER cool, it's like sleeping in a spaceship. And the shared spaces (bathroom, shower, dining area) were perfect. So clean and available for all my needs. I only wish there a cool air option for inside capsule, then it would be PERFECT! 9/10 would recommend if you're staying in Saitama!! "

"I think the biggest plus for TenTen Guesthouse is the staff. They have assembled a group of good people. They attend to the needs of the guests very well. The set meals they serve during weeknights is also another good thing especially if you don't have specific dinner plans. In terms of location, it's very near Senso-ji and good dining options that are not that crowded. It's 10-15 minutes from the Tokyo Metro Line and the Toei Line. From Tokyo Station, you can also ride the bus and get off...

"Staff was nice but don't speak English. However it's a shared common restroom area by a few guests rooms, the room was small but okay comfortable, the lightings in the room didn't work well at all, it's hard to get service there. I wouldn't recommend this place although it's conveniently located only 18 minutes of walking to the area for the fireworks festival. The WiFi wasn't straightforward either. Not working well. There's a small elevator which helps. They seem friendly with inviting us...
