"Very helpful staff, centrally located. Lots of dining options and near good restaurants. Limousine bus stops there. Rooms in main building need updating, which is planned for March 2025. Would definitely stay there again."

"This hotel has the best iconic location in Noboribetsu. Parking is easy and free. All the sites are within short walking distance of this hotel. Everything exceeded expectations. The hot spring pools are 2x larger than we have ever experienced. It will take you 1 hour if you spend 2 minutes in every pool. Room is clean and comfortable. "Hotel facilities were good and rooms well appointed. Only criticism was the breakfast buffet. The hot food was not hot which lowered the choice of options. Overall, convenient for shops and very clean. "
