房間比想像中安靜，睡的不錯，只是每天清潔完，沒有補充紙巾和抺手毛巾，都需要跟前台說。 酒店的餐廳上菜很久，接近30分鐘才有第一道菜，很多錯漏，已經確認過才下單，上菜時都給錯飲料，而且食物沒有煮熟。

整潔度有待改善 電視有問題 沖涼水壓不足

It’s a relaxing place for me and husband for holidays. Overall is good, especially the nice sea view from my room. Soaking in a hot bath tub with lovely sunset, that’s stunning! The only complaint is bad traffic from or to Patong beach, waste lots of time.

飯店服務人員都很親切很友善 但也許是飯店sop的問題 1.約是晚上11點多想請飯店提供餐具要吃宵夜 但人員回答因為餐廳下班了，所以無法提供餐具⋯ （人員回答態度依舊是很有禮貌的） 2.飯店有提供免費接駁至芭東街上，但check in時未告知shuttle上下車地點，僅提供時刻表（雖然在街上詢問路人也可以找到），建議飯店可以考慮提供乘車點的小地圖。 希望貴飯店服務的sop和應對處理上可以再小小改善。

Enjoy the pool access and the infinity pool. Very clean swimming pool and room. But the receptionists are a little bit muddled, some basic information (eg. Facilities opening time) were not answered clearly and adequately. When we check-in, they mixed up our information with other guests. Just minor problems. Generally, it was an excellent experience.
