“I liked it was in the center of everything, location. I didn't like that the room was very outdated and needed to be modernized, especially since we paid extra for a executive room.”

“This was a great renovated motel. Front desk staff was very friendly. There is a bar and restaurant, you can order from your phone and pick it up. The room was spacious with nice bedding a decent tv. The balcony has somewhat of a view, but the patio/fire pit area is in the foreground, sort of awkward if you don’t want anyone looking back at you when you’re out there. Everything was nicely renovated and decorated with a few exceptions: no microwave in the room. Random dog hair everywhere, not a……

“It is a historic hotel on the continental divide. It has a lot of history and is convenient to downtown Blowing Rock and other activities in the area. The breakfast were very good. The hotel needs some renovation and the hot water for the room took a while to warm up. ”
