“last time I was there, there were renovations... and so I was very upset... this time, no renovations, at least not at 8AM in the morning. The furniture of the hotel are not new... but the hotel in general is well maintained. it's basically more pratical for my needs, than anything else. ”

“Truly exceptional property in the town center. Our room overlooking the fountain was spacious and well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good. Staff were gracious and made us welcome. We are far from athletes but managed stairs to first floor with no trouble.”

“Our favorite stay on our 11 day Budapest, Slovakia and krakow vacation! Property helped us to find milk for our babies when all stores were closed. The room had gorgeous views as did the property. There was cute little playground and space to kick a soccer ball for our boys. We wished we could stay longer!! ”

“This review would be different if the weather would have been hot. There is no air conditioning but only a fan. Otherwise it is a nice unique hotel with interesting decor. The receptionist was nice but there is some room for improvement of English skills. The location of the hotel is great with nice views of the main street. While there is traffic noise during the day, it gets quiet at night. ”

“Unfortunately the stay was way worse than expected. Of course, no one expects the decorative pillows to be super clean, but white stains?! Waiters, lady at the bar and a receptionist expecting a baby are super friendly. Rest of the personnel were not really glad to visitors. The toilet seat was not even assembled properly and it was detached from the floor. The soap dispenser had hair of a person who shaved there ages before. Bar furniture has holes all over. It's a pity to spend hours driving……

“Super ! Bien placé, au calme, pas trop loin du centre (il faut un véhicule). Stationnement possible dans la cours de la maison. Cuisine bien équipé et propre, appartement spacieux. Lits confortables. Les propriétaires vivent au dessus mais nous ne les avons pas vu ni entendu du séjour (seulement pour la remise des clés). Vraiment top ! ”

“My 18-year old niece and I loved our stay in the Royal Apartment when visiting the charming town of Banská Štiavnica. The apartment is enormous, beautiful and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was obvious that they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Slovakia.”
