“Overall we had a good stay at Centrooms. Communication before our stay was very good and an airport transfer was arranged through Centrooms which was appreciated since we were arriving in the early hours of the morning with a baby. First impressions weren't the best as it was a walk through a dark back yard to get to our block and the entrance/stairwell are very old. Once inside though, the apartment was bright, airy and clean with everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The baby cot was set up……

“SO easy to communicate with and very kind people! The amenities were impressive, especially for the price and even a spider snuck into my bed because I think he likes the property, too :). “It was a nice hotel. A little noisy at times as renovation work was done. Staff could not speak English. Staff could not wake me or call a cab for me. You are on your own. Hotel room was clean and had a microwave. Bed was comfortable. You had to go around the back of the building to get to the hotel entrance. ”

“very good experience. Clear instructions on how to get there (important! as came two hours late - train delay), immediate reactions via whatsapp, clean - loads of restaurants close by and Kyiv Opera is 5 mins walking. Both Figaro and Nabucco were excellent. Room was nice and tidy, bedroom (upstairs) also very good.”

“Reception made a small mistake during my check in and was very apologetic. They upgraded my room and gave me a free drink voucher. I appreciate the compensation although I do wish I would have been offered credit for my next stay. The upgraded room didn’t feel all too upgraded to me. It was a city view room which was fine, but I preferred the atrium view. And the drain in the bathroom tube would gurgle. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I plan to stay……
