Yuma Foothills Retreat

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located in quiet residential neighborhood. Full kitchen with all the amenities. Relaxing backyard with BBQ grill, firepit and patio furniture to enjoy our beautiful Yuma sunsets. Two car garage with additional driveway parking for more vehicles/toys. 10 minute drive to downtown Yuma, MCAS, and Foothills area. A short drive to Yuma Proving Grounds and local river/lakes/Imperial sand dunes recreational areas as well as golf courses.

Perfect Home away from home.

Thanksgiving with Grandma and Grandpa
Our second time staying at Michelle’s property. A wonderfully nice and comfy property with three bedrooms in the Fortuna Foothills area that’s close to grandparents, quick access to the freeway and it’s in a nice neighborhood. We’ll be back. Thanks Michelle.

I really enjoyed staying at Michelle's place! Very very clean. Safe neighborhood. The home has all the amenities you would need. Including a pull up bar! :) Michelle was wonderful!

House was nicely furnished, and very clean. Comfortable beds. Unfortunately, our trip was not for a vacation. We went to Yuma to say good-bye to my father who was dying of pancreatic cancer. We had to modify the dates of our trip as his condition deteriorated, so we only had one day in the house instead of four. I had contacted the property manager to modify the dates. Initially I was told we could modify the dates. There was some miscommunication, as she later told me we could not get into unit early.

This was a great property and set up nicely for renters. Really appreciated the bath amenities, clean hard flooring, empty refrigerator and freezer waiting for our items! Nice dining table for evening games. Easy access to whatever we needed!

Yuma Reunion
My wife and I and two adult children came down from UT to reunite with my mom/dad, sis and her family from CO, for the weekend. Michelle’s 3-bedroom home was perfect for me and my family. Wonderful furnishings and decor with oh so comfy beds and pillows and the kitchen had everything we needed in the Fortuna Hills area with easy access to the freeway and was only 10 mins from mom/dad. Highly recommend to other families visiting the area.
