“When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have……

“While the photos are lovely on the app, the actual condo blew me away! Every room was special and had extra touches. The king size room was wow! I loved the sitting area and it had its own coffee maker which was a bonus. There are extra supplies in each bathroom in case you forgot something. The linens and towels were extra plush. The kitchen is well equipped and nothing was done in a cheap way. Everything was elegant. It was our 3rd annual girls trip with my daughter and daughter in law and……
