should not be on VRBO
no functioning smoke detector. furnace could not maintain home at 68 degree temp with outside temp only 26 degrees. drains either leaked or didn't drain. toilets did not flush well. water company taped 3 day shut off notice to door 2 days before we checked out. nice older neighborhood close to family that we were visiting so we suffered thru. this is a dump of a fixer-upper on the real estate market. avoid this property.
