“Cute family run property. Room was spacious and super clean, bed very comfortable and bathroom sufficient for all your needs. Delicious freshly made hot breakfast as well as granola/yoghurt and baked goods. Close to the coast and restaurants. Lovely communal sitting rooms downstairs. It’s an older building so a little bit noisy stairs/doors, but wasn’t disturbing. ”

“We came up for UNH homecoming with our two German Shepherds. The property was spacious, clean, and well stocked with all of the essentials for a comfortable stay. We had a small issue with the shower draining but the property manager responded promptly to the concern. The location is absolutely perfect as it is right down the street from Long and Short Sands beach but far enough off of the main strip to avoid traffic. Access to route 1 and 95 makes this property a perfect jumping off point……

“We stayed in the two bedroom as a family of four and will come again! It’s a great location, clean, and safe. Our kids had more than enough room and the kitchen was equipped enough to handle a few days stay. ”

The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the items needed for cooking, bathing, etc. My only comment from people in our group was the WiFi was not strong enough to support all of our devices and some of the mattresses were not comfortable and should be replaced.”
