Nautical Themed one bedroom fully equipped apartment.

Clean, quiet one bedroom apartment. All new furniture. Fully equipped kitchen. Queen size bed and single cot (if needed). Deck with bbq and sitting area. Bathroom with full tub and shower. All original artwork on the walls, TV with cable, Wifi. Air conditioned. Within walking distance of downtown and local restaurants. Parking,. 2.5 minute drive from the Ferry. Owners on site (upstairs) for any questions or concerns.
This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: not suitable for infants under 2, primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.

Exploring the French Shore and Yarmouth area
We had heard good things about Nauitical and liked what we saw online. It was easy to make the reservation and contact the host. The apartment is very new and decorated with a fresh modern theme. Very comfy with everything here that you need.
