Perched on a hill with stunning views of the sea, this beachfront home provides the perfect coastal getaway. Spend your mornings watching the sunrise over the ocean, or take a quick drive to Newport for world-class seafood. After a fun-filled day, gather around the firepit and watch the sunset. Or retreat to the second-floor balcony with dazzling beachfront views. The primary suite also features a large circular window with gorgeous ocean views.

There’s plenty of space to socialize in this inviting home. The main living room boasts breathtaking ocean vistas, a flat-screen TV, and lots of cozy seating. On cooler evenings, enjoy a warm beverage and gather around the fireplace. Downstairs, a family room provides a great spot to watch a movie or play board games. There’s even a small kitchenette with a microwave, sink, and mini-fridge.

The expansive sunny kitchen provides everything you’ll need for tasty home-cooked meals, including a double sink, dishwasher, several options for making coffee, and massive amounts of counter space for meal preparation.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful view
The house, deck and view are fabulous…couldn’t have suited us better, except for some maintenance issues. The house has stairs up to the main level, and two steps down to the living room, which require caution by older folks. There is no beach access, but a state park is nearby. We would definitely like to return.

Nice Rental But Broken Bed Broke Our Spirits
The location and unit was nice except that the master bed was broken. We made numerous requests to have it fixed but no one arrived to repair it during our entire stay. We reached out to Vacasa via text/phone/email and there was no effort to take care of us.

Lovely house right on the beach.
Great house, beautiful views, separate kitchenette for large groups, nicely decorated, great to just have a code to get in as opposed to picking up a key. The bathrooms could use curtains/blinds...a little odd standing at the toilet and staring at the road right in front of you. Overall, great place and stay!

Just as beautiful as last year...
We stayed here during the exact same time period last year. We are just as satisfied with the stunning property and location as we were before. However, the price has gone up drastically for apparently no reason. In fact, the service was marginally worse. There were very few supplies stocked for our stay (half a roll of paper towels, no dish sponge or cloth, no kleenex tissue this time) and we had to contact the company. I was satisfied with the promptness of their response, but disappointed that we had to contact them at all.

Great stay!
Great location, the house was very clean and well appointed with beautiful views of the ocean. Even in bad weather there were plenty of games, puzzles and books to use while enjoying the view. The property was private and conveniently located near hiking, beach combing, shopping, restaurants, etc. Our family had a great time!

House was better than expected by looking at listing information. Owner has done a fine job of anticipating kitchen needs, including spices and odds and ends. Deck was great for watching humpback whales just beyond the surf. Perfect weather was very unusual for the coast, so everything looked great.

Breathtaking Coastal Home
If you want a beautiful home, breathtaking views, and plenty of space, this is the place. Presented exactly as pictured, this place really delivered. It was conveniently located, on a short quiet street, was spotless, and has everything you need beyond your own clothes. The beach entrance is down a short easily navigated path right next to the property. You can't go wrong with this home.

Great house
This was a great house for us—my husband and I have three teenage boys and the layout of the house is perfect to provide space and separation when desired. The location is amazing—right on the beach with a path next to the house. The bathrooms and kitchen are showing their age, as is a lot of the furniture, but when looking for a house, my priority is always beach front with easy access so I’m ok with that trade off.

What an amazing week we had. Its a lovely home and the online pictures does not do justice to the actual view from the living room and master bedroom. It is a short walk down to the beach. We enjoyed short drives to other highlights on the coast as well as some of the best hiking . We would definitely stay here again and hope to when we can visit the bars and restaurants in the area.

We really enjoyed this house. It has a great location, wonderful windows to view the ocean from anywhere on the main floor. The lower level is great for kids or a small family. The beach is access is very close, accessible north or south of the house. The closer trail is about 30 feet away. It takes about 1 minute to walk to the sand.

Wonderful views and spacious house
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The views are truly amazing! The house was perfect for the four of us, lots of space, well equipped and comfortable. Curtains would be great, but the house is a bit hidden and people can't really look in - its mostly for the light in the morning. Great porch off the kitchen/dining area to sit and watch the ocean. Cannot beat the location. The beach is just a 2 minute walk via a trail by the house. Very accessible. The way down is not traditional stairs, but doable. We did luck out with pretty good weather which helped make this trip really enjoyable and relaxing. Management was quick to respond to questions. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful vacation house
We had a great time staying at this house right on the beach. It has everything you need. I would recommend bringing a good frying pan if you are going to be cooking breakfast, and when they say minimal supplies they mean it, we got one sandwich bag and 2 garbage bags. ( for the owner the smoke detector was missing from the twin bed room.)
