“We had the best holiday at Jo’s flat in Ferring. The location couldn’t have been better - a few steps from the beach - and the neighborhood was quiet. The private parking space was very nice. The flat was spotlessly clean, modern, very comfortable and cozy with great heating, comfortable beds, nice amenities and cable TV for time indoors. Jo was easy to contact, friendly and very helpful with all our questions. And she was kind enough to offer help, above and beyond, when we needed it. We……

“Just as advertised. Also, you can see the sea from the bedroom bay window. Neighbours quiet. Spacious rooms. Great shower. I'm a bad sleeper but the comfy bed saw me get 7 hours! Everything you need is here. My dogs enjoyed it too, especially having a private secure garden.”

“Was a lovely stay, great set up and location, perfect for lots of shopping and good food, the only downside was that the shower was not very hot at all, after a long day in the cold a hot shower was something we really needed, so we did spend most of our stay freezing unfortunately, bed was very comfy and was fabulous that you could connect your own Netflix to the TV, thank you for a nice weekend away :)”

“Great fir a weekend for two in Brighton, very central, lovely location. Lovely apartment, basic but everything you need and everything worked as expected. Lots of stairs, not abproblem for us, but worth noting. Would definitely use again.”

“Excellent communication with host, and the property was just as described. Being very close to the train station it's very easy to get to Brighton. A few minutes walk away is an excellent pub - The New Port Arms and a well reviewed cafe/restaurant The Port Kitchen. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Wunderbare Wohnung mit 2 SZ und 2 Bädern und ideal für eine Familie. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut, wie beschrieben, ausgestattet und der Blick herrlich. Wir waren Anfang Oktober da und haben uns 4 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit James war sehr gut, er hat uns persönlich empfangen und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut, Pubs, Supermarkt (Waitrose ist top), Bus, Meer, Pier, i360,…. alles bequem zu erlaufen.”

The shower and toilet were very dirty and the sofa had all the seat cushion zips broken and the stuffing hanging out. “Delightful setting - with country and canalside walks from the doorstep. Welcoming host family live next door and there's plenty of private parking on the shared driveway. Comfortable large bed, bright and clean bedroom upstairs with bathroom next to kitchen area downstairs. Lovely to step straight out of front door at dusk to comfy seats overlooking their beautiful garden at sunset.”
