「The condo was super nice and very clean. It had plenty of toiletries and paper towels as well as laundry detergent and dishwasher tabs. The wifi was inconsistent but there were some thunderstorms so that may have played a part. A word of warning, they do try to get you to listen to a timeshare type sales pitch but a couple of no thank yous we’re all it took for them to stop. We’d definitely consider staying here again. 」

「Although this rental is starting to show its age and has some minor cosmetic issues, its pluses far outweigh them. The view is amazing, especially the sunrise. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, you can find it outside and inside due to the size and layout of the house. My brother who loves to cook and is excellent at it, found the kitchen stocked with every utensil and gadget a chef of his caliber needed. Bill is a very accommodating and attentive host.」

「Beautiful house with great furnishings, comfortable beds, a well supplied kitchen, and plenty of outdoor amenities. Outdoor hot tub was an absolute hit with our group! Location is remote and quiet which is great for peaceful mornings and evenings, but it's still close to Woodstock/Lincoln for daytime activities. Be prepared to disconnect - there is wifi available but it is slow and spotty, especially with 4 users accessing at once.」

「My familly stayed at the property for a wedding in Meredith and the location and proximity to the wedding venue was perfect. 「This place is decent. We stay a lot. My only complaint is the sofa is fairly uncomfortable. We've stayed in many units but it's always the same. I realize a lot people come and go and it's also a timeshare, but we stay at places all over northern nh and most of them have very comfortable furniture for 200.00 a night. It's centrally located between the lakes and mountains, is close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's in a residential area so it's quiet. The people that work there are great....

「This is a cute cabin with a peaceful river in the backyard. The cabin was clean, well taken care of with any supply you might need. The owner was very helpful. He gave us lots of hiking ideas. The only thing is the internet was spotty and was challenging for my husband to work. BUT that is understandable in the country!」

「We had a great time with 20 of us for a 40th bday. The house has plenty of space for every one. Beds were comfy and the area was quiet and safe. Close by is a hiking trail by the river we enjoyed. Would book again!」
