“No complaints about the accommodation, but assessing a so-called, and exorbitant, "property fee" for one night is outrageous. There was no explanation for what this covers. It amounts to a nuisance fee, and unless it is done away with, I won't be staying here again. ”

“Great location. Lots of fun. Very cool. Nice neighbors. Helpful phone responses. Ended up parking on street, since meters were not too expensive and garages were a couple blocks away. Bathroom not user friendly in that there is nowhere to put stuff and sink is more artistic than flat.”

“Small and old room, although bathroom was nicely renovated. Blinds do not block light - recommend eye mask. Carpet had burn marks. A woman was vaping and toweling herself off by the front door who did not like a resident, but someone from the streets - I quickly unlocked the door and closed it so she would not follow me inside. ”

“My husband and I were thoroughly pleased with our stay at David's property near Boston. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the home as well as the proximity to Boston and all it had to offer. The parking was easy and there was even the option to park behind the house off street. We did both. Sometimes we parked out front and sometimes we parked in back. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and there were little extras included as well. When I had questions David was quick to respond……

“Perfect Salem getaway. Definitely sets the mood. Only thing I would improve is more comfortable and more seating in the parlor. Not enough room for the group to comfortably watch a spooky movie. Thank you!”

“Loved the home - it felt like being home at the end of a long day shopping and doing many things in town. Clean! Just wish the towels were ready and set in the bathrooms and instructions left on what to do with used towels and if the garbage should have been taken out. Basement was stinky. Other than that, wonderful place and setup - sooooo close to town and convenient!”
