“This Trailhead condo is in a great outdoor location - also spacious for two people, very suitable for dog, clean & nice. It was quiet & peaceful Mon-Thurs afternoon but as the weekend crowds rolled in, the traffic on the external metal stairs (elevator was broken) became extremely loud & renters in unit above (this is a 2nd floor unit in three-floor building) made sleep & relaxing pretty tough. Great if you can be there mid-week.”

“Small, clean studio. Worked well for 2 adults and one teen. The enclosed parking garage is first come/first serve which is stated, but what is not stated is where to park once it is full. Vacasa did reply to my text, but sent me a parking app for the entire US. Not helpful. You in snow, ice and late night arrival.”

“Property was clean and as advertised. Very good location within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops, ski rentals and the bus line the WP resort. The main areas property was under some construction for new floors in the hallways and such (not the unit itself, but the actual complex) but I’d anticipate that being done soon. The covered parking was very nice in the winter and it was only 5 mins to winter park resort.”

“Property was right across from the base of the mountain. 3-5 minute walk in boots to the gondola. Restaurants and convenience store in the same area. Condo is a pretty basic studio...no complaints. It was great having indoor parking on the ground floor. We just left our skis/poles in our car, but I think there is a ski locker. Overall perfect for my daughter and I to get in a quick two day ski trip.”

“We had a fantastic stay at this Winter Park property! The location couldn’t be better—just a short drive to the slopes, making it super convenient for skiing. The home itself was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, making it a perfect retreat after a day on the mountain. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!”

“Loved our stay here! Very clean. Very convenient. I liked the layout. There are 6 levels with a small set of steps in between each. You enter on the forth level where the kitchen is. The bedroom on the top floor had a queen bed and the nicest bathroom. The fifth level was a nice living room with couches and a fireplace. The third level has the king bed and a small but workable bathroom The second level had the laundry and the bunk bedroom. And the first level had a family/game room with outdoor……

“Nice condo with nice amenities. The location is terrific. Elevator ride to the fifth floor and a short walk inside to the slope. End of day, ski down within a few yards of the front door. Nice hot tub. Close to the winter park resort for a short walk in the evening for dining or hanging out. ”

“We've stayed in many Iron Horse units over the years. This one has a great location, right off the ski corridor. The unit itself is basic and not fancy or updated. It has what is needed for two people, not much more in terms of bedding, towels, kitchenware.”

“2 adults, 3 kids and one of the showerheads were broken. Offered to fix (it was simple) and she declined. Towels smelled musty and were yellowed, toilets not clean and have not seen a microwave that small since college. Could not handle a full bag of popcorn. Temp would randomly go up and down and wifi was spotty at best which limited TV in evenings. ”

“We loved the location and being on the 1st floor. The hot tub was right out the sliding glass door. We utilized the ski in run on a blue and also the bus system. We walked to the village two nights and it is a gradual uphill back home which is pleasant for adults but little kids got gassed more easily. The condo is small, just as described but worked great for our family, great for bonding. We cooked in the condo and had all the kitchen items needed. Thanks for a great stay. ”

“Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at this condo/townhome. Our young boys 5 & 7 really enjoyed the bunk beds. The place was very well equipped for all your cooking needs. There are tons of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. We also used the conveniently located free shuttle to get up to Winter Park to go skiing.Just a warning, there is a decent amount of stairs to go up and no elevator to access the 2nd level unit so if you have someone that has difficulty with stairs……
