“The place was vary dirty homeowner will not refund the money we only stayed 1 out of the 3 nights and the pool was not even open. The property had mold in the coffe pot and mold on the corners of the kitchen counter tops. Grime on the edeges if the floor in the kirchen dirt and clumps of hair everywhere.. the whole purpose of renting the property was the pool .did not find out it was a community pool 2 days prior. And the gates on the pool were chained shut. The house is in a gated community……

“If I could give this place 0 stars I definitely would. Roaches are so bad . The room was not cleaned before hand. Upon entry, I noticed dead roaches. No microwave. Don't do accommodate you with toilet paper or anything else you might need. & Lastly the customer service is horrible. The manager in training was very rude and went out of his way to give me a horrible room. Do NOT STAY HERE!!!!”

“The property is in a sketchy neighborhood you literally have to go through the hood to get to property. When we got there the carpet in main suite was dirty none of the floors were swept or mopped it’s literally a patched up hole in the kitchen wall. To cheap to buy new hand soap just refilled the old ones with water and shook it up to make soap I don’t know why they show the patio it was unkept and full of big spiders we couldn’t excess it. You have to put the garbage under the stairs and it……

“The property had enough bedrooms and the yard was great. My brother even did a little fishing in the pond. The outside deck was perfect for evening corn hole games. We could’ve used another bathroom. The master was updated. I wouldn’t say this property is upscale ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property over Thanksgiving weekend. It was so close to our family and convenient to shopping and all of the necessities. Everything was clean and as described! We would definitely rent this house again for another trip to GA. ”
