Overall the apartment was very clean and well kept. Access and entry was very easy and convenient. Only drawbacks was that it was quite hot without air conditioning and when the doors to other apartments were closed it would shake the bed. I would still consider using this listing again!

Not an ideal place to stay
The property owner was not responsive to questions at check in and issues around which parking spot we should use. There were some issues with cleanliness. We arrived around 10pm and so it so was too late for us to find an alternative place to stay. The property owner did provide us a refund less the one night of stay. He did not refund us the cleaning fees, even though the apartment was not cleaned prior to our entry.

Nice location
I booked this because it was close to Thermea. Information wasn’t fully given to get into the property but owner was quick to reply. Property was modern and had everything we needed, but we did not feel comfortable during our stay. We also did not feel like it was worth the price.

Good property: quiet, safe and warm, well situated in Winnipeg. As accommodating guests, we tolerated Issues which included: not as clean as description would have you believe, no real dining area, and no guest instructions for using unit amenities.
