"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, thanks to its warm and friendly atmosphere. The hospitality was great, and one of the standout experiences was breakfast. The Italian chef Stephano truly made each morning felt like having breakfast with family. His kindness and big heart shone through in the way he welcomed guests, making sure everyone started their day with a smile. THAT IS TOP-TIER. The variety of breakfast options was great, catering to different tastes. I stayed in one of the suites, and it was impressively spacious. However, adding some cookware to the in-room kitchen setup would be a nice touch and i tub in the bathroom.(guessing i got a accessible room) The hotel’s indoor pool was a great feature, but it should have been in working condition. I was looking forward to using that. Overall, my experience was pleasant, and I’d recommend this hotel to visiting Travellers to Ct. Windsor.The hospitality, especially at breakfast, truly made a lasting impression. "

"Excellent stay. We loved it and the convenience. Staff was helpful and friendly. Shuttle accommodated an early morning departure. The shower curtain didn’t hold to the ends of the rod. It was very hard to get hot water Definitely stay here again "

"Had a great weekend to celebrate my kids birthday. We did a few things in the area but the highlight was that they just wanted to swim. Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful. Nate went above and beyond to make sure my sister and I had joining rooms. Cookies upon checkin were a highlight for the kids. "
