The property boasts a spacious open plan living area with dining table and kitchen, 3 good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom as well as one ensuite bathroom.
You will have sole access to the apartment. A free designated off road car parking place although Brathay is only a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 3-4 minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
The property has been renovated to a high standard but is missing essentials. We had no bathing soaps or other bathroom toiletries provided apart from one bottle of liquid hand soap, and apart from one king mattress, the mattresses were soft and floppy with edges which would lead to a person falling on the floor. Money has been spent to renovate the property to a high spec but it would nice if the furnishings were of a decent standard and basic essentials are provided in the kitchen and bathroom for short stays!
