From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most friendly people. Our room was on the 3rd floor, which didn’t bother us at all because we don’t mind taking steps. I saw other people complain about that… it is a historic Inn, so no surprise. We went to the tavern and had a wonderful dinner/cocktails on 6/19… I didn’t catch her name, but she got me my iced tea with vodka which was fantastic. Later that night, I ran into Jenna and Ricardo that gave me the best stories of the Inn… I will definitely look for them on our next stay!!! We had brunch at the inn on Sunday…our waitress had only been there a couple days. She was wonderful and actually showed us our way around all the nooks and crannies…I wish I was more alert with everyone’s names. Even the bus boy came around to make sure our table was clear of any used dishes. Seriously, wonderful time!! And for the people that put down being placed in “a servants kitchen… that’s where I requested to be!!! That’s why you stay in a historic place to begin with!!! We didn’t want to leave!!
