“Gabe and Jon communicated so well! They responded promptly and in a friendly manner to all my questions. They reached out to welcome us when we arrived, explained anything we might need to know about the area, and seemed to be on call like friends as we traveled. Really wonderful.”

“Very nice place. A little hard to find if you dont have directions from the host, which we did, so was pretty easy to find. A lot of restaurants within walking distance. ”

“Absolutely do not stay at this property. There is trash everywhere, some sort of tweaker shouting prayers in the same building. Had to leave on emergency and the property owners weren’t willing to budge on a refund. Not in a great part of Philly but not in the worst part I guess. Decent pizza around the block but for the pricing you can find something in old town at the same rate with much more to do. ”

“Cozy little city nook located in University City, South West Philadelphia. Near Universities, police station, hospitals, restaurants, a supermarket and so on, very convenient location. Plenty of sleeping areas, comfy beds, Powerful showers and air conditioners. Cute deck. Quiet neighbors. Near public transportation. Truly enjoyed our stay.”

“It was nice stay at this property, it’s very convenient to near by shops and downtown. ”

“Property was clean and located near where we wanted to be. Double locks, one at enter and one at top of first flight of steps was added security. As many have said kitchen is lacking. If you plan to cook bring everything thing you need. Including salt and pepper, cooking oil, sugar, etc. Paper plates are a good idea also, not many dishes. Worked well for us and was cheaper than the two hotel rooms we would have needed. ”

“The apartment is exactly as listed in the description, if not a little better. It was clean, had plenty of space, and the location couldn't be beat. The host was very responsive to my questions and one special request. The check-in process went smoothly, precisely as communicated by the host. I will be staying here again.”

“Upon entering the property. the lack of basic upkeep in the hallways is evident in the state of the carpeting both on the first floor and the stairs leading up to the upper levels. When I went into the room, I was overwhelmed by the odor of stale cigarettes. I stayed in the room for just ten minutes and during that time, I had a visceral, physical reaction to the smell.
