“The place had plenty of space. The heaters worked. It is sparse. Bring toilet paper, papers towels, soap, shampoo, hand towels, kitchen towels. Host did provide coffee. The beds were pretty comfortable. It's quiet. ”

“The house was as it appeared in the photos and the beds and couch were very comfortable. We had guests for dinner one evening but there weren’t enough chairs for our guests. Other than that the home was lovely and perfect for our getaway. ”

“Amy has a little gem of a property. Very comfortable and close enough to walk to a grocery store, also a delightful coffee shop just across the road. My granddaughter had hours of fun playing in the expansive back yard, safe from traffic due to the surrounding hedges. This wonderful cottage will be calling us back when we visit our Cal Poly student again.”

“We stayed in this adorable cottage on a birthday visit to our son, who is a student at Cal Poly Humboldt. The house was perfectly situated to walk to campus, cafes and restaurants, grocery stores, and the Arcata Marsh and Wildlife Sanctuary. The house is so pretty and nicely equipped with kitchen equipment/supplies, toiletries in the bathroom, etc. Our lovely visit was enhanced by having such a comfortable home base.”
